Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Dental Autopilot. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a practice or company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

What the service is
Dental Autopilot is an AI marketing assistant for dental and orthodontic practices. Its assistant, Wego, measures how your offices appear in Google search and maps, drafts and sends review replies, writes and schedules posts to your own Google Business Profile, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube accounts, suggests and makes approved changes to your website, and reports results.
What the service is not
Dental Autopilot does not guarantee results. Search rankings are decided by Google and other platforms and change for reasons outside anyone’s control. Nothing in the app is a promise that your position, traffic or number of new patients will improve.
Reports and suggestions are information, not professional, legal or clinical advice. You decide what to approve.
Approvals and automatic tasks
- Wego drafts work for your approval. Content you approve, or post yourself through the app, is your content and your responsibility.
- If you turn on automatic handling for a kind of task, such as replies to 4 and 5-star reviews, you approve that task in advance until you turn it off.
- Some items always need your approval, including replies to low-rated reviews and new website pages.
- You are responsible for having the rights and consents for what you publish, including any patient photos, names or stories.
Your account
- You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.
- You may only connect practices, profiles, channels and websites you own or are authorized to manage.
- One account per practice or practice group. Sharing an account across separate businesses is not permitted.
Plans, AI allowance and billing
- Plans are priced per office. Website hosting, where chosen, is priced per website.
- Each office includes a monthly AI allowance. When it runs low, essential tasks such as review replies and scheduled posts keep running and larger tasks wait for the next month or a top-up.
- Subscriptions bill monthly in advance through Stripe, in US dollars, excluding any tax that applies.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries on its own schedule. If it is not resolved, the subscription ends.
- Cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund partial months.
- We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price change affects you.
Your accounts and website stay yours
Your Google, social media and website accounts remain in your name. If you leave, you keep them. If we host your website, we will give you a full copy on request.
Fair use
You may not automate the service beyond normal use, resell data pulled through it, reverse engineer it, try to access accounts or data that are not yours, or use it to post misleading, unlawful or harassing content.
Connections
Every connection is optional and can be disconnected at any time. Some connections are made through our partner bundle.social. Our handling of connected data is set out in the Privacy Policy and follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. The service depends on Google, Meta, YouTube and other providers, and their outages or rule changes can delay or stop some features.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or has payment outstanding. Where the circumstances allow, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. You may close your account at any time.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, WGO Digital Media LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost patients or lost business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts of Denton County, Texas.
